Some of the topics that will be discussed include: Why a firm needs a formal valuation; Different ways to value a design firm; Financial indicators that drive value; Internal transition or external transaction value; How to get your firm ready to sell (internally or externally); and, Stock formulas and what creates positive shareholder behavior.
