Part 4 of a 4-part series on AI for A/E/C Administrative Professionals

 

Marketing teams in AEC firms manage a wide range of responsibilities: social media, website content, client communications, and responses to RFQs. Artificial Intelligence tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, and Canva AI are helping administrative professionals and marketing staff streamline these efforts, improve consistency, and speed up routine work.

In this interactive roundtable, SDA presenters Carrie Hubbard, CDFA, and Justin Hoff, CDFA, will share how AI is being used to support real-world marketing needs in architecture, engineering, and construction firms. We will give a brief overview of current tools and use cases, followed by an open group discussion.

 

This session will highlight practical examples in four core areas: social media marketing, client outreach, website content updates, and Statement of Qualifications support. We will also address the importance of privacy, accuracy, and human oversight when using AI in marketing workflows.
