Call for Amendments

In accordance with Article XVII of the SDA National Bylaws, bylaws and/or standing rules may be amended at any Annual Meeting, with or without prior notice. Other amendments presented to the Board of Directors fewer than 45 days in advance of the Annual Business Meeting (including those from the floor during the meeting) will require a 3/4 vote to pass.

This amendment template should be used for any proposed amendments and should be submitted to Bylaws Chair Betsy Nickless at betsynickless@gmail.com. Any questions should be directed to the Bylaws Chair as well.
