Program Description:

Our need for a viable workforce is growing important. It is as much about upskilling and reskilling as it is about meeting demand. What makes this possible is our ability to lead and engage differently, while intentionally and effectively moving beyond the limiting leadership and management habits ingrained in our profession since the 1990's.

In this informative and inspirational session, you will learn:

  • Why the way we currently think about employee engagement is wrong, and what can be done to correct this
  • The emerging role of "personal agency", and what it means to lean in an organization (and industry) "of choice"
  • The new methods and frameworks already leading directly to a much more powerful form of next-level employee and organizational engagement known as "opt-in"
