Quick in 30: Prezi Made Easy

Curious about Prezi, but still living in PowerPoint? In this fast paced, 30 minute session, we will walk through the basics of Prezi and show how its zoomable canvas can make proposals, internal trainings, and project overviews more engaging for AEC teams. You will see a simple presentation built from a template, learn how topics and subtopics are organized, and explore options for sharing or presenting in meetings. We will also highlight Prezi’s AI assisted tools that can help you spin up outlines and visuals more quickly. This session is designed for administrative professionals at every level, with no prior Prezi or AI experience required.

Presenter: Carrie Hubbard, CDFA

Carrie Hubbard, CDFA, is the Office Manager at Harbor Architects LLC in Aberdeen, Washington, where she has worn just about every hat except architect over the past 25+ years. From accounts payable and marketing to HR, IT, contracts, project support, grant management, and legal compliance, she plays a key role in keeping the firm running smoothly behind the scenes. As a member of SDA since 2022, she serves on the board of directors for the Pacific Northwest chapter and is an active member of the National Certification Committee for the CDFO program. She also co-hosts a continuing roundtable series exploring real-world applications of AI in the AEC industry - including a recent deep dive into prompt engineering.
