Bylaws Committee
The Bylaws committee maintains the current SDA National Bylaws and Standing Rules, including coordinating of proposed amendments. In addition, the Committee reviews Chapter Bylaws for conformance with National Bylaws and aids chapters
with altering their Bylaws and Standing Rules to conform with National governing documents. Further, the Bylaws Committee assists ExCom in the interpretation of the national governing documents and in confirming compliance of all chapters
with governance requirements. Coordinates chapter suspensions/dissolutions with ExCom and national headquarters.
