Presenter: Carrie Hubbard, CDFA, is the Office Manager at Harbor Architects LLC in Aberdeen, Washington, where she has worn just about every hat except architect over the past 25+ years. From accounts payable and marketing to HR, IT, contracts, project support, grant management, and legal compliance, she plays a key role in keeping the firm running smoothly behind the scenes. As a member of SDA since 2022, she serves on the board of directors for the Pacific Northwest chapter and is an active member of the National Certification Committee for the CDFO program. She also co-hosts a continuing roundtable series exploring real-world applications of AI in the AEC industry —including a recent deep dive into prompt engineering. Outside of work and her contributions to SDA, Carrie was recently appointed to the Aberdeen City Council. In her (rare) spare time, she enjoys gardening, quilting, and snuggling with her two cats, Simon and River.
