Day #4 (and Week #2) of EDConnect21 is now complete and we were given a wealth of information!

Brian Baumgardner and Patty Huntley spent time talking about "Watch Out for That Project/Project Risk Analysis." We completed the day hearing from Joanne Linowes as she discussed "Invisible Soft Skills: Vital for Enhancing Your Success." Each session brought some great learnings.

Brian and Patty talked about the four Risk Response Planning Strategies including: Avoid, Transfer, Accept, Control.

Joanne shared her 'Great Eight' list for us to consider and use as we work to advance our careers.
