Hello, Tammy York here. I'm a nerd who is fascinated by how mindset, cognitive bias, metacognition, and the subconscious mind affect our ability to achieve goals. I can barely make it out a bookstore without an armload of books and don't even get me started on reading research papers!

That's good news for you. I've figured out the stuff that works, and I enjoy helping people break their mental blocks and succeed. You’ll learn the same techniques I employed to overcome fear, overwhelm, over-thinking, and procrastination. This is the webinar of the same in-person workshops that I do for businesses, government agencies, and conferences.
