Question: I'm trying to register for EDS24 and the price I'm seeing is not what was show for the member price in the brochure. What's up?

Answer: Be sure you have logged into the website before beginning your registration so that you get the SDA member pricing.

Question: What is the difference between the All-Inclusive Conference Rate and the Basic Conference Rate?

Answer: The All-Inclusive Conference rate includes the PreConference Project Administration Workshop on Tuesday, plus all of the EDSymposium23 conference sessions on Wednesday and Thursday. The Basic Conference rates includes only the EDSymposium24  conference sessions for Wednesday and Thursday. 

Question: Are any meals included in the conference registrations?

Answer: Absolutely. We have created the registration pricing to make it easy for your planning and travel. Registration includes all breakfasts and lunches for each day, as well as the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening and Celebration Awards banquet on Thursday evening. If you wish to bring a guest, you would need to purchase separate guest tickets. You will need to plan for dinner on your own on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

Question: Why is there a charge for the PPC Trivia event this year?

Answer: Due to the rising costs of food and beverage, the Past Presidents Council has asked for a small fee to cover those costs. That way, all proceeds from the PPC raffle will go directly to the scholarship funds to support the attendance of grant recipients at future EDSymposium conferences. You definitely want to attend this fun and lively event.
