Question: I'm trying to register for EDS26 and the price I'm seeing is not what was show for the member price in the brochure. What's up?

Answer: Be sure you have logged into the website before beginning your registration so that you get the SDA member pricing.

Question: What is the difference between the All-Inclusive Conference Rate and the Basic Conference Rate?

Answer: The All-Inclusive Conference rate includes the PreConference  Workshop on Wednesday, plus all of the EDSymposium26 conference sessions on Thursday and Friday. The Basic Conference rates includes only the EDSymposium26  conference sessions for Thursday and Friday. 

Question: Are any meals included in the conference registrations?

Answer: Some meals are included.  Under our new model, we have set our registration pricing to make it easy for your planning and travel. Activities/meals included in your registration fee include the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and Celebration Awards luncheon on Friday afternoon. If you wish to bring a guest, you would need to purchase separate guest tickets. Since the conference is located in an area filled with hotels and restaurants, we are giving our attendees opportunities to select their meals according to their own price range and menu choices.

Question: Why is there a charge for the PPC Trivia event?

Answer: Due to the rising costs of food and beverage, the Past Presidents Council has asked for a small fee to cover those costs. That way, all proceeds from the PPC raffle will go directly to the scholarship funds to support the attendance of grant recipients at future EDSymposium conferences. Attendees will have access to evening snacks as well as a cash bar during the event. You definitely want to attend this fun and lively event.
