A Flexible, Connected EDS26 Experience

EDS26 takes place in Atlanta’sPerimeter Center district, offering a flexible conference experience designed around choice, accessibility, and connection.

Rather than a single host hotel, attendees are encouraged to select lodging that best fits their preferences and budget from several nearby hotel options.

Conference Sessions

All educational sessions will be held at Two Ravinia Center

Located in a professional business district with restaurants and hotels nearby, the venue provides a central hub for learning and networking throughout the conference.

Extended lunch breaks are built into the program, allowing attendees time to explore local dining or connect with colleagues before returning for afternoon sessions.

Evening & Signature Events

Two special EDS26 events will take place at Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center

• PPC Foundation Fundraiser – Thursday evening

• Awards & Leadership Installation Luncheon – Friday afternoon

The conference venue and hotel are located just under one mile apart within the same district and are connected by sidewalks and signalized crossings. 

Many attendees will choose to walk together, creating a simple and reliable way to move between sessions, networking, and celebratory events.

🚶 Walking Route Between Venues

Ride-share services operate throughout the area; however, short trips during peak business hours may experience limited availability. Please allow additional time if planning to use Uber or Lyft.

If walking the route presents a challenge, please reach out in advance. While we are not providing formal transportation, we are happy to help connect attendees when possible.

Some attendees may choose to stay at the Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center for added convenience during evening events. Rooms should be reserved directly with the hotel and are subject to availability.

EDS26 does not have a contracted room block.

Attendees should book directly with the hotel of their choice.

Transportation Guidance

From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)

Atlanta is a major metropolitan area, and traffic conditions can vary significantly throughout the day. The Perimeter Center district is typically45–60 minutes from the airport, and travel times may be longer during peak traffic hours.

We strongly recommend allowing extra time when scheduling arrival and departure flights.

Transportation options from the airport include:

• 🚕 Taxi service

• 🚘 Rental car

• 🚆 MARTA rail to Dunwoody Station, followed by a short ride share

• 🚐 Group shuttle service through Airport Perimeter Connection Shuttle Services (group pricing may be available for attendees arriving at similar times)

💡Travel Tip: Consider coordinating with other attendees arriving around the same time to share a shuttle or ride-share and split costs.
