The Controller's Sketchbook is a resource for the Controller and CFO of an architectural and engineering firm covering Project, Business, and Risk Management, Accounting, Taxes, Finances, and Firm Valuation. This book rises above the
information you Google-though there is plenty of that.
The Controller's Sketchbook conveys the nuanced expertise and understanding that only 100,000 hours of conducting business in the A|E|C industry can bring you.
The Controller's Sketchbook is now the reference guide for the SDA advanced accreditation CDFO-FMTM, Certification in Design Firm Financial Management. CDFO-FMTM is now the mark of A|E|C executive-level finance leadership.
