This session will provide an overview of current cyber coverages offered to businesses and their usage. Participants will learn the history and current issues of cyber risk, understand first and third-party risks and how to insure them, as well as learn preventative measures to protect their businesses.

Presenter:  Mercy Komar, CIC, CyRM, MLIS, CCIS is an account executive at L. Calvin Jones in Canfield, OH and is their Cyber Risk Manager. Currently Mercy serves as national faculty for the Risk and Insurance Education Alliance and is a cyber educator throughout the US, leading studies for 600+ students this year. Not only an educator but a cyber practitioner since 2015, Mercy has accumulated hundreds of hours of dedicated study of SMB cyber exposures and needs. An award-winning agent, she speaks frequently to industry groups about coverage and risk management involving cyber and executive risks.
